After each cleaning, you receive an email asking about our performance. This helps us control our level of service and satisfy your expectations. We don’t want to disappoint! Your rating is important to us. Your cleaners earn their paid vacation based on the quality of the feedback.
The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is home. We understand! That is not always possible. Please eliminate as many distractions as possible, so our Tech can work uninterrupted. Try scheduling your cleaning on days when there are fewer people at home. Secure pets and keep children away in another area as we are working with equipment and products that may not be safe for kids.
We love ‘em! But please secure any pet that may be a threat. Also, we do not clean-up after sick pet accidents.
We try to be careful, but things happen. Nobody is perfect! We take the utmost care to prevent breakage. Here is our breakage policy is dependent on critical communications:
Sometimes, breakage occurs when there are “booby-traps”. Those are the accidents-waiting-to-happen:
Pictures not hung securely, top heavy, unstable bases, wobbly, tipped objects. Each incident is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot take responsibility for booby-traps. Please remove the unstable breakables to a place we do not clean like china inside a china closet, cabinet or wet bar shelf.
We pay up to $100 per breakage item, when value is verifiable. Please move expensive figurines or glassware to a location we do not clean or have us skip that area if you do not wish to accept the risk.
In some cases, we will have the broken item repaired by a professional restoration company. Breakage values over $25 must be verified before replacement or reimbursement can be authorized. Please save the broken item for our inspection.
It is your responsibility to place coasters or felt under heavy or sharp furniture legs.
