Deep Cleaning

Includes the “Basic Cleaning” with detailed emphasis on hand cleaning the high and low areas of your home. It covers areas which aren’t traditionally covered by a regular cleaning. If your house was cleaned more than 3 months ago, you need to request a Deep Cleaning service.

Regular Cleaning: After The First Clean!

After we clean your house the first time, you will want to call Lily and Gabriel in our office to coordinate a regular schedule of cleaning.  We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly (every 4 weeks) services in Montgomery County, Howard County, Fairfax County, DC and surrounding area.  We are flexible if your schedule needs to change.  

After Construction / Renovation Cleaning

All that construction dust can be a major headache.  We take care of all the final touches before owners or tenants move in. Our team wipes down ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances and other fixtures. They also sweep and mop all the floors. We vacuum carpets and detail-clean all surfaces.

Move in/Move out Cleaning

The stress of moving is enough to drive anyone over the edge.  If you are on the hook for damage and your security deposit is on the line, the process can be nerve-wracking. We make the moving experience easier. We provide a receipt and checklist to give to your landlord or realtor. Our move-in/move-out service includes a top-to-bottom cleaning of your apartment, house or rental, with some extra services additional.
