Our Cleaning System

We customize the cleaning to your needs. Our professional teams are trained to provide comprehensive cleaning services at affordable prices that meet or exceed the needs of our clients.

We schedule service visits within a 1-2 hour window.  You can always call or email us should you need our assistance in between scheduled cleaning services.

Regular Cleaning

We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly (every 4 weeks) service.

Deep Cleaning

Includes the “Basic Cleaning” with detailed emphasis on hand-cleaning the high and low areas of your home. It covers areas which aren’t traditionally covered by a regular cleaning. If your house was cleaned more than 3 months ago, you need to request a Deep Cleaning service.

Our Commitment to You

You can trust us to treat your home or space with respect and leave your possessions where we found them–just cleaner. If you’re not satisfied with our service and we don’t perform to your standards, contact us within 24 hours we will come back and re-clean any area for FREE that you may be unhappy with. We allow you to quickly rate and review each cleaning. All of your feedback is reviewed daily. Compliments are passed along to your cleaners, everything else is discretely corrected.

Complete Montgomery County Maid Service

We can clean as frequently as you need: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly or one deep clean! We use well-branded Proctor & Gamble products, but we are also happy to use eco-friendly, 'green cleaning' products. During your first appointment, we'll create a free in-person estimate based on the size, surfaces, and general condition of your living space. Together, we'll come up with a plan that meets your needs and fits your budget.

The Regular Cleaning

Our goal during your first cleaning is to get your Kensington or Takoma Park home back to 100%. Then we will “maintain” the cleanliness of the home with our recurring appointments.

We always: dust, wipe and sanitize all surfaces. Plus, we will keep up on those deep cleaning tasks so your home is always in tip-top shape!

If you ever need extra services such as: inside the oven, inside your fridge or windows – you can always add those on by calling or emailing the office service staff.
